Printing Methods

Which types of printing methods do you offer?

We offer two types of printing methods: DTF (Direct to Film) and DTG (Direct to Garment). By default, all our orders are printed using the DTF method. If you prefer DTG, please contact us via email with details about your project.

What is the difference between DTF and DTG printing?

Imagine you're at a party. DTF (Direct to Film) printing is like that friend who brings pre-packaged snacks. They’re ready to go, and you just have to heat them up a bit to make them perfect. They come prepared with all the flavors intact, no fuss, no muss.

DTG (Direct to Garment) printing, on the other hand, is like your foodie friend who insists on cooking everything from scratch. They bring fresh ingredients, whip up a gourmet meal right in front of you, and it’s tailored exactly to your taste.

Both friends are great to have around, but one is all about convenience and versatility (DTF), while the other is about that fresh, made-just-for-you experience (DTG).

Design and Customization

Can I upload my own design?

Absolutely! Our Design Studio allows you to upload your own artwork, ensuring your custom apparel reflects your unique style and creativity.

Do you offer design assistance?

Yes, we do! Email us your idea, and we'll work with you to bring it to life. Additional costs may apply for design assistance, depending on the complexity of the project.

Orders and Shipping

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there is absolutely NO minimum order quantity. Whether you need 1 item or more, you can still enjoy our premium quality and service.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 weeks on average. However, depending on the size of the order and the type of printing chosen, we can expedite production to as fast as 1 day. If you have a tight deadline, please contact us via email, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

How can I track my order?

Once your project is approved, we will provide you with a completion date. Upon shipment, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your custom apparel.

Payments and Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for secure and convenient payments.

What is your return policy?

We will issue refunds or exchanges for orders that are defective, such as misprints, incorrect color or size, or damaged garments. If you request a return or exchange, we will review your request and determine if a refund or exchange is appropriate. Please note that all refund or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

We cannot provide refunds for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes cases where you've ordered the wrong size, style, or color. We produce the exact number of garments based on the orders we receive, and we do not keep extra inventory on hand.

To avoid any issues, please carefully review your order before completing the checkout process. We will send you an email with your order details after your purchase is confirmed. If you notice any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us promptly so we can address the issue.
